Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Port Stephens Council requires the services of a Building Contractor capable to undertake demolition of existing amenities & the construction of a new amenities block at Fingal Bay Holiday Park as per the specification.

Previous tenders are invited to retender. There are no changes to the original specification & drawings but an addendum has been included for alternative pricing in some areas.

A technical issue and budget allocations has required PSC to re-tender this project.
