Cleaning Services (Commercial)

⁠⁠⁠Public, Community and Administration Facilities Three (3) Year Contract

The City of Cockburn is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Commercial Cleaning Contractor(s) for the cleaning of its public buildings and facilities at locations throughout the City of Cockburn.

These public buildings and facilities consist of:
1. Recreation Centres
2. Community Centres and Halls
3. Public Libraries: Spearwood, Coolbellup and Success
4. City of Cockburn Council and Administrative Offices
5. Cockburn Seniors Centre; and
6. Public Toilet Facilities and Change Rooms

The proposed Contract is divided into the following two (2) main groups:
a. Group 1: Public Toilet Facilities
b. Group 2: Community & Administration Facilities: Community Centres, Administration Offices and Libraries.

Regular cleaning services in accordance with daily and weekly schedules, as well as monthly, quarterly, post function and ad hoc cleaning services are required.

It is the Principal's expectation that the successful Tenderer (s) will be capable of providing environmentally managed cleaning services, that is cleaning services that encompass recycled/recyclable material/products, environmentally friendly chemicals, low energy and water consumption, waste minimisation, compliance with all relevant environmental and employment regulations etc.; so as to comply with the Principal's Sustainability and Procurement policies.
