This Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) is the first stage of a two-stage tender process for selecting a provider to deliver long term office accommodation for up to 680 full time jobs for WorkSafe Victoria’s (WorkSafe) head office which is relocating to Geelong in early 2018.
The EOI also includes the possibility of a further potential tenant requiring approximately 5000-7000m2. Respondents should be able to deliver the minimum requirements for WorkSafe. If respondents are able to meet both requirements, including the additional potential tenant, they may submit a proposal addressing both requirements.
