Tender Description
Council is inviting tenders from experienced landscaping and building contractors for the construction of a new playground, on the corner of Quarry Road and Yates Avenue, Dundas.
The proposed works consist of:
* Demolition of existing playground
* Bulk earthworks, levelling and trimming
* Rock and stone works
* Pavement, edges and steps
* Furniture, fixtures, shade sails
* Soft works including soil works, mulching and planting
* Supervision and co-ordination of the Aquatic Water Play Park installer
A final decision is expected to be made on this Tender by the end July 2015.
A non-compulsory tender briefing/site inspection will be held for interested parties at 10am Wednesday 3 June 2015, with the Principal's Representative on the corner of Yates Avenue & Quarry Road , Dundas Valley, NSW.
