Request for Proposal for the Supply of Property Management Services

⁠⁠⁠Roads and Maritime Services is seeking proposals for the supply of property management services in connection with Roads and Maritime property portfolios. Roads and Maritime has divided its leased property into 5 portfolios (Portfolio 1 - Commercial & Community; Portfolio 2 - Telco; Portfolio 3 - Domestic Waterfront; Portfolio 4 - Residential Metropolitan; Portfolio 5 - Residential Non-Metropolitan) and seeks to outsource the supply of property management services for these portfolios to two or more service providers.

The key objective is for the property management services providers to provide expert assistance in optimising the use of Roads and Maritime property for all stakeholders, while delivering a commercial outcome, and a customer and social benefit. The Successful Proponents will support this purpose by managing Roads and Maritime leased sites in an effective and efficient manner.

Registration and Confidentiality Disclaimer Deed Poll forms must first be submitted to RMS. Following submission of these forms the RFP documentation will be made available.

RFP information will not be released until a signed copy of the Confidentiality Disclaimer Deed Poll is received by RMS. The Confidentiality Disclaimer Deed Poll must be signed by the Representative of the Recipient who is to receive the RFP.

Include in this email a nominated email address (this email address must be that of the Representative of the Recipient) for receipt of a passcode for the RFP.

Upon receipt of a signed copy of the Confidentiality Disclaimer Deed Poll a passcode will be sent via email to your nominated email address. In the absence of a nominated email address, the passcode will be sent to the email address from which the signed Confidentiality Disclaimer Deed Poll was sent.
