Expression of Interest The City of Greater Dandenong is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified organisations interested in providing Principal Consultant Services to the City.
The principal consultant shall take the lead role in the design development and documentation of the Springvale City Hall refurbishment project. The principal consultant shall be responsible to assemble a competent and experienced project team as needed to deliver this project. The consultant team shall support the Project Manager during the tender, construction, handover, and defects liability phases of the project.
Accordingly, Council is seeking a Service Provider with a demonstrated ability to meet its stated goals/outcomes.
