Murrindindi Shire Council - Forms Accessibility Project

⁠⁠⁠Murrindindi Shire Council is revising all of its external-facing customer forms to ensure they are accessible to WCAG 2.00 Level AA standards, written in plain english, consistent in style and branding and easy to understand and use for our customers.

There are around 80 forms (over 270 pages in total) that will need to be rewritten as part of this project.

The successful supplier will work closely with Council staff to ensure the revised forms meet legislative, content and style requirements.

While Council is seeking quotes for revision of all of its forms, Council is looking to divide the project into two parts; the first part is to complete the rewrite of Council’s most commonly used forms (around 30 forms).

The first stage of the project is to run from 1 - 19 June 2015. The second stage is to be completed within 90 days of 1 June 2015. Quotes for this work are to be lodged via this website by midday on Friday 29 May 2015.
