As part of its competition structure the AFL conducts a preseason tournament being the NAB Challenge which hosts matches across various metropolitan, regional and rural venues.
The competition is conducted in February and March as a lead in to the AFL Premiership Season. The purpose of this document is to define the specific requirements of the AFL to host and conduct the NAB Challenge by selecting appropriate fixture venues and to elicit submissions to the scope of the 2016 calendar year.
The respondent to this scope is envisaged to be a council or other similar governing body that can make available grounds, facilities and other resources for managing a NAB Challenge match. The AFL requests that only entities fitting this criteria suitably register and access this document.
