Australand Corporation (NSW) Pty Ltd (Australand) is seeking Expressions of Interest from appropriate Marina Industry companies to assist with the commercial evolution of planning for the Marina Precinct and associated facilities at The Waterfront, Shell Cove.
The Waterfront forms part of the Shell Cove masterplanned development in the Shellharbour LGA (approximately one hour south of Sydney). The project being jointly developed by Australand and Shellharbour City Council, includes the development of a significant regional boat harbour and marina precinct with a new town centre.
Marina Industry companies are sought that can demonstrate:
* Relevant experience in the operation and management of marina(s) and/or provision of associated services such as maintenance/boatyard operations: and
* Capacity to add value to the design development of The Waterfront marina and associated facilities.
