Tender Description
The Provider will supply the following Categories of items to five CSI Correctional Centres (“Buy-Up Hubs”) across NSW:
Grocery Products – 209 types of items
Clothing – 19 type of item
Stationery / Miscellaneous – 26 types of items
Hygiene Products – 69 types of items
Electrical Goods – 15 types of items
Make Up – 11 types of items
Bulk Products – 52 types of items
The items of the above Categories have also been identified in terms of whether they are a Grocery Item, Activity Item or Bulk Product. Grocery Items will be ordered weekly. Activity Items will be ordered monthly. Bulk Products will be ordered as required to replenish CSI’s stock levels.
The Provider will be responsible for ensuring that Items are supplied by the Provider at the required quality level and in a secure manner.
Tenderers may submit responses for more than one Category (one is a minimum) or all Categories (preferable). If a Category is nominated by the Tenderer, the Tenderer must be able to supply all Items for that Category. Pricing will be on a unit price basis for each Item.
