The RIA seeks the services of a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake roof structure and electrical remediation works and well as masonry screen wall removal or cut down works to accommodation buildings on Rottnest Island located at Kingstown, Bathurst, North Thomson Bay and Central Thomson Bay.
This financial year (2015/16) Kingstown, Bathurst and North Thomson precincts have been selected to undergo roof remediation and wall cut down works (refer schedule 1 for staged dates), with central Thomson Bay scheduled from 18 July – 30 August 2016. These areas comprise a number of significant heritage buildings in which methodology for rectification requires Heritage
Builder pre-qualification : Level 1 Simple.
