Lift Service and Maintenance - Lismore City Council Buildings

⁠⁠⁠Lismore City Council wishes to engage a preferred contractor capable of undertaking comprehensive maintenance for the entire lift equipment at facilities managed by Council. We have six lifts, located in different buildings within Lismore and Goonellabah, as detailed in Section 4.6 of the Request for Quotation documentation.

Council is seeking a company to inspect, service and maintain the lifts on a regular basis for a fixed fee for a period of three years with an option to extend the contract for a further three years.

Lismore City Council has previously had a contract in place for this service which is to expire on 30 June 2015. The successful contractor will be the incumbent of this contract for the next three years.
