Tim Neville Arboretum Lake Rehabilitation Works Ferntree Gully

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of a quality assured contract for Tim Neville Arboretum Lake Rehabilitation Works, Ferntree Gully involving the following: Desilting of Lakes (510 cum), Earthworks (3530 cum), imported clay liner (1372 cum), imported growing medium (1300 cum), pipework (635m), pits (23 no.), diversion pits (2 no.), drainage structures (3 no.), baffle box (1 no.), removal of brick pavers (430 sqm), removal of concrete paving (42 sqm), demolition of timber pedestrian bridges (2 no.), reinforced concrete paving (358 sqm), granitic sand path (231 sqm), boardwalk footings, piles and substructure, new pedestrian bridge, softscape works including tubestock (7992 no.) and shrubs (223 no.) and associated works.

Tenderers for this project should be prequalified with the Civil Contractors Federation or Council approved equivalent.

Tenderers should note that this contract will be for a period of twenty (20) weeks.

A compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held at the Knox City Council Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South, Conference Room 1 at 4.30pm, Wednesday, 20 May 2015.
