Tender Description
The City requires the services of an electrical service provider for Sydney New Year's Eve (the "Event") with demonstrated experience providing comparable services on outdoor events and/or on-location film/television shoots. The Service Provider will be required to deliver the following items (full details provided in next section):
1. Test and tag approximately 700 items owned or supplied by the City for the Event, including providing a final statement of all testing and tagging completed in accordance with Australian Standards;
2. Provide a turnkey electrical distribution solution, including installation, removal and equipment (to supplement the equipment owned or supplied by the City), for seven specific Event sites in or around the inner city of Sydney (including North Sydney), bump-in commences 27 December and bump-out concludes 2 January;
3. Provide stand-by staff to respond to call-outs during the period 27 December to 2 January (inclusive) at the response times and hours outlined below; and
4. Provide additional equipment or services, additional to the test and tag, turnkey electrical distribution solution and stand-by staff as outlined in items 1-3 (above) where requested to do so by the City, on a per unit cost basis (price list to be supplied by the Service Provider as part of its RFQ response).
