Tender Description
Tenders are hereby invited for the above annual program comprising of rehabilitation works for manholes within Cairns Regional Council boundaries.
The annual program of works will be determined by Council on an annual basis and confirmed as part of the Extension Period renewal process. The program of works for 2015/16 is expected to consist of the rehabilitation of approximately 110 identified manholes. The works may include patching, repairs to walls, benching and channels and application of a protective coating. There is also an additional 65 manholes approx.. that require condition assessment and possible rehabilitation. The quantity of work may vary by the parameters outlined in the tender document.
The initial contract term is 12 months with a provision for another 2 x 12 month terms, to a maximum contract length of 36 months at Council's discretion.
