Sale of a Motor Grader and Light Tipper Truck

⁠⁠⁠Interested parties are invited to submit tendered pricing to purchase the following plant items:

a. Item 2405 – 01/1985 John Deere 670A Motor Grader with rear mounted tyre roller. Reg. No. CD9166. Hour meter - unknown.
b. Item 2925 – 02/2007 Isuzu NPR 200 Medium tip truck.

Reg. No. FO3863. Odometer - 152,000 km.

Please note, Council has also offered item 2925 for trade-in within the Request for Quotation (RFQ)  supply contract administered by Vendor Panel through the National Procurement Network. Consequently, this plant Item will not be available until the replacement item has been received by Council.  Plant item 2405 is offered for outright purchase and is not subject to supply of a replacement item.

Pricing must be submitted on the prescribed Tender Form and enclosed in a sealed envelope legibly marked with the item number and addressed to Meander Valley Council, 26 Lyall Street, (PO Box 102) Westbury  TAS  7303.

The Tender Form will be available from Monday 11th May 2015 by contacting Council on 6393 5300.  To make arrangements for an inspection of these plant items please contact Matthew Millwood, Director of  Works on 0417 054 273.

Tenders will be received until 2:00pm Wednesday 27th May 2015.  Neither the highest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
