Break O'Day Council has the following machinery, vehicles and items for sale by tender.

Scope

The items for sale include:

• 2019 KIA Sportage Diesel, auto, 106,327 km, Rego H40ZN (still in service)
• 2018 Renault Van Diesel, manual, 83,966 km, Rego 104DC (still in service)
• 2000 Toyota Corolla Petrol, manual, 179,900 km, Rego FA7556
• 2004 Isuzu Single Cab Tip Truck, manual, 360,362 km, Rego EW2009
• 2010 Mower Trailer, single axle, Rego Z91EB
• Corrugated iron sheets, two pallets
• Vehicle Crane, MAXILIFT 110
• Wheel Balancer, Coats 750 direct drive

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Machinery, vehicles and items will be sold on an as is where is basis
• Items will be sold to the highest tender over the reserve price; should the reserve not be reached, the item will be removed from sale
• Successful tenderers will be advised by Monday 17 August 2026
• Payment must be made via EFT, bank cheque or cash within five (5) business days of notification

Site Inspection

Items are available for inspection at the Break O'Day Council Works Depot, West Street, St Helens, between the hours of 9am and 3pm, Monday 20 July to Friday 31 July 2026 (weekdays only).

Instructions to Tenderers

• Tenders must be submitted on the formal tender form, available on Council's website, www.bodc.tas.gov.au, or by request by calling 6376 7900 or emailing admin@bodc.tas.gov.au
• Tenders must be in a sealed envelope addressed as "Various Tender - confidential", Break O'Day Council, 32-34 Georges Bay Esplanade, St Helens, TAS, 7216
• Tenders must be received by no later than 2pm on Tuesday 4th August 2026
