Expression of Interest (EOI) for Trip Reconstruction and Rating Module Services (TRARM)

⁠⁠⁠EOI submissions are invited from organisations that can demonstrate the relevant capability and track record to provide design, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance services for the TRARM.

The organisation to provide TRARM services will be selected through a two-phase procurement process. The first phase requires applicants to submit an EOI. The EOI submissions will be evaluated against the specified criteria in order to shortlist applicants for participation in the second phase. The second phase will be governed by separate requests for tender for the TRARM to shortlisted applicants and a detailed evaluation process.

All applicants must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.

EOI information will not be released until WDA has received a signed copy of the Process Deed and a completed Registration Form registering your company or consortium. Instructions for signing the Process Deed and other matters are contained as a file within Participation Instructions.

Please return a signed copy of the Process Deed and the Registration Form to info@westconnex.com.au with the subject ‘TRARM  Services’. Include in this email a nominated email address (this email address must be that of the Primary Contact of the Applicant) for receipt of a passcode for the EOI.

Upon receipt of a signed copy of the Process Deed and all Registration and Request Forms, a passcode will be sent via email to your nominated email address.
