Infield Irrigation (Design, Supply & Construction Services) Tapper Reserve Atwell

⁠⁠⁠The City of Cockburn (the Principal) is seeking suitably experienced and reliable supplier to deliver the design, supply and construction of new (automatic) Irrigation Systems at Tapper Reserve (located on Tapper Road) Atwell.

The works form part of the Principals water conservation strategy and asset replacement programme in renewals of inefficient irrigation systems.

The successful tenderer will be able to demonstrate sound performance in the design and construction of irrigation systems and ability to achieve predetermined timeframes.

The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:

(a) Design and documentation;
(b) Obtaining approvals from all authorities and service providers;
(c) Supply of materials
(d) Installation and associated works; and
(e) 'As Constructed' Documentation.

It is the Principal's expectation that the Contract shall be awarded in late May 2015 and design/design development work shall commence immediately upon appointment; with an estimated total design, supply and construction period of six (6) weeks.

Preliminary base plans have been prepared and a full statement of the design development services and construction works required under the proposed Contract appears in the Specification Part 2 and Special Conditions of Contract Part 7.
