Brookfield Johnson Controls, Project Manager to the NSW Police Force, is inviting suitably qualified Head Contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for participation in the tender for the construction of a new Local Area Command (LAC) Police Station in Deniliquin.

The project involves:
* Construction and fitout of new 4.5 NABERS rated LAC Police Station.
* Anticipated commencement January 2016, with 17 month construction period.
* Temporary modifications to the existing Police Station and demolition of existing structures.
* Gross floor area of 2,302m2 over two levels.
* 1,280m2 of secure vehicle parking on ground level and external parking for 33 vehicles.
* External works, utilities connections (including new substation), accesses, local roadway alterations, related upgrades and landscape works.
* Relocation of current operations from nearby existing facility to completed building.
* Liaison and coordination with the NSW Police Force and Brookfield Johnson Controls in the delivery of the works, relocation and handover phases.
