Expressions of Interest Annual Reseal program for 2015-2016

⁠⁠⁠On 31 March 2015, Leighton Contractors services business and Thiess services business joined together to form a new stand-alone Company, LS NewCo Pty Limited (NewCo). NewCo and Opus Team (LOT) are the appointed Integrated Service Providers, by Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA), for upgrading and maintaining the road network in the Pilbara and Wheatbelt Regions of Western Australia.

MRWA, NewCo and LOT have formed integrated services arrangements known as the Pilbara ISA and Wheatbelt ISA to undertake these works and services.

The Pilbara and Wheatbelt ISA’s invite expressions of interest for the Annual Reseal Program for 2015-2016.

The scope of works includes all aspects of a major reseal program, estimated to be 850,000m2 for Pilbara and 1,800,000m2 for Wheatbelt reseals throughout the upcoming 2015-2015 year.

The contract is anticipated to be awarded by mid-July 2015 with works expected to commence late September 2015 for Pilbara ISA and early November 2015 for Wheatbelt. The Pilbara and Wheatbelt ISA’s reserve the right to award works singularly or in smaller packages as required. There will also be an industry consultation held on the 1 May 2015 at 202 Pier Street, Perth from 9:00am - 12:00pm.

Tender packages will be issued by COB 13 May 2015 to all entities who expressed interest as per above. Interested Tenderers must be note that separate Contracts will ultimately be awarded for respectively for the Pilbara and the Wheatbelt.
