Tender Description
The work comprises the supply of all labour, plant and materials necessary for the works involved in the following as specified herein, and in accordance with the accompanying drawings and conditions of Contract, to the complete satisfaction of the Superintendent.
The works are required to be constructed in two separate portions with the Smith Street / Esplanade intersection being completed to a point where works no longer impact on traffic flows through the intersection prior to works commencing on the Smith Street/Bennett Street Intersection.
The tenderer is required to submit a lump sum tender to construct.
PART A Smith Street and Esplanade Intersection:
This is to include all works as detailed within the Schedule Of Drawings (including associated landscaping, traffic control devices and street lighting plans).
This will include but not be limited to:
a) The construction of a raised decorative pavement
b) Linemarking and road furniture
c) Stormwater
d) Landscaping
e) Street lighting
PART B Smith Street and Bennett Street Intersection:
This is to include all works as detailed within Schedule Of Drawings (including associated landscaping, traffic control devices and street lighting plans).
This will include but not be limited to:
