Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Justice & Regulation (the department) seeks to establish contractual arrangements for the supply of non-perishable food to Victoria‟s 11 public prisons for an initial term of three (3) years, with two (2) x one (1) year options available at the department‟s discretion.

This Request for Tender (RFT) seeks to identify one or more suppliers for the provision of non-perishable food as detailed within Part A.2 – Specifications. Offerers may bid to supply Goods to commercial kitchens (foodservices) and/or self-catering, and categories such as frozen, dry or chiller (or all three). Offerers may also choose to bid to supply one or more sites as part of their offer.
