Green Waste Mulch at the RDF

⁠⁠⁠Mulching of Green wastes at Council's Refuse Disposal Facility, 420 Wests Road Werribee. Mulching will be required on site 3 to 4 times per year. Contract term is 2 years with possible extensions to 6 years.

All submissions must be electronically submitted through the Tenderlink website no later than 12.00 noon Wednesday 29th April 2015.

Late submission, emailed and facsimiled tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
