Tender Description
Mitchell Shire Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified, resourced and skilled community engagement consultant to assist particular internal departments with community engagement.
Mitchell Shire is made up of many different communities in established towns, new estates and rural locations. It is important that Council listens to and understands the aspirations, values and needs of these communities in order to ensure informed decisions and continued support is undertaken effectively into the future. It is a priority for Council to ensure that all voices are heard, including those that are harder to reach.
Successful applicants will be placed onto a preferred community engagement consultant panel that will be used exclusively by Council's Strategic Planning and Community Development Departments.
Tenders are invited from 9am Tuesday 7 April 2015 and will close at 2pm Friday 24 April 2015 and must be submitted via the e-tender box available on Mitchell Shire Council's website.
