Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Bayside City Council is seeking an experienced organisation that currently works with other Government agencies to facilitate our Customer Focus Mystery Shopping Program, to be conducted quarterly for a 3 year period.

The Services will include:

* Conducting assessments of the Customer experience at Bayside City Council via multiple contact channels
* Generating reports that score against Best Practice customer service delivery and benchmark against other government agencies
* Providing call recordings and verbatim comments on individual interactions.
