Tender Description
Council is seeking fee proposals from suitably qualified and experienced consultants for the concept development and feasibility assessment of a best practice designed indoor heated swimming pool facility at Parkes which includes a detailed estimate of life cycle, operational and capital costs.
The plan will need to provide direction for future development and ongoing management of the facility. The final output of the investigation shall be a concept design report sufficient to inform a "design-construct contract".
Submissions close on Thursday, 30 April 2015 @ 10am.
