Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the upgrade of landscape and lighting in Quibaree Park, Lavender Bay.
The major landscape components being asphaltic concrete footpaths on concrete sub-base and re-topping of existing asphaltic concrete roadway and driveway, partial demolition of existing kerbs, minor adjustment to existing services, replacement of existing sandstone kerbing, new low sandstone retaining walls, dismantling and reinstallation of domed bollards, concrete, upgrading minor stormwater lines and connections, creation of level lawn areas with imported soil mixes, small garden areas, planting, turfing. Lighting works to be constructed under this Contract comprise supply and installation of street poles, ceiling mounted light fittings, recess mounted luminaries to underside of handrail and infrastructure as required for the upgrade of the lighting system along Lavender Bay Foreshore, Quibaree Park and Bob Gordon Reserve and removal of existing street lights as well as bollards.

A pre tender meeting will be held on site at Quibaree Park on Thursday, 9 April 2015 at 10.30 AM.
Submissions in sealed envelopes marked with the quotation number 43/2015 and clearly labelled 'Quibaree Park Landscape and Lighting Upgrade' must be submitted in accordance with conditions of tendering by 3.00 PM on Tuesday, 28 April 2015.
