Tender Description
Tenders are invited from experienced civil engineering and landscape contractors for the upgrade of the footpath pavement to the Collett Village Neighbourhood Centre, corner of Victoria Road and Pennant Street, North Parramatta.
The project involves the construction of new footpath paving, kerb and gutter and associated works to the adjacent shop fronts.
The works under the contract includes the provision of all labour, supervision, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, plant, transportation and services required to complete the works.
The works include the following significant features:
* New paving consisting of unit paver banding with concrete infill (275m2);
* New kerb and gutter work and kerb only work (90m);
* Minor concrete works to the adjacent traffic island (35m2); and
* Associated works, including service and pit lid adjustments, new side fence and replacement of roof water outlets.
The Tender price is for a fixed lump sum.
A final decision is expected to be made on this Tender early June 2015.
Note, no pre-tender meeting is proposed, however it is recommended that prospective Tenderers shall visit the project site to confirm 'scope of work', and if questions arise submit these via the Tenderlink forum or to tenders@parracity.nsw.gov.au.
Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box or in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the tender title, number, and closing date, and placed in the Tender Box located at Parramatta City Council's Customer Services Centre, Ground Floor, 30 Darcy Street, Parramatta NSW 2150 by 10.00am Friday, 1 May 2015.
