Tender Description
The City of Ballarat and the successful Proponent through this Request for Proposal will enter into a commercial agreement to co-fund the construction of, fit out and commissioning of the Early Years Hub and Community Centre for Lucas.
Which will then provide the successful Proponent the exclusive use and operational responsibility for the long day care operations, kindergarten and community centre components of the facility.
