Tenders for Abandoned Vehicles

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the purchase of the following abandoned vehicles, pursuant to the Local Government Act 1989.

The closing date for tenders is 12pm on Tuesday 14 April 2015.

Please Note

Where possible all vehicles available for Tender and listed below have been checked against the Personal Property Securities Register. Successful tenders will need to take into account registered financial interests, if any.

Council accepts no liability for impounded vehicles released by Tender and which are subsequently found to be financially encumbered.

Vehicles may be inspected at the pound in McCulloch Avenue, Seaford (Melway Ref: 99 F8) between the hours of 4pm and 5pm on Wednesday 8, Thursday 9 and Friday 10 April 2015, or by appointment by phoning 9784 1917.  

Tenders may be submitted in writing in the form of an official Tender and be delivered to the Tender Box at the Frankston City Council, Civic Centre, 30 Davey Street, Frankston in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Abandoned Vehicle Tender” or by email to tender.box@frankstonvic.gov.au.

The highest or any other tender may not necessarily be accepted.
