Spotless is the Total Facilities Manager (TFM) for Housing and Community Services in the ACT. We provide planned and responsive maintenance services to a portfolio of approximately 12,000 properties throughout the ACT including residential dwellings, Community Services Facilities, and Bimberi Youth Justice Centre.

Expressions of interest are now being sought from suitably qualified and experienced contractors interested in working with Spotless to carry out the following works:

Upgrade four doorframes including fabricate steel frames, supply solid core doors, relocate power and cabling as required and associated blockwork and commercial aluminium glazing.
