Tender Description
Woollahra Council invites suitably qualified parties to tender for the following work Salisbury Road, Rose Bay - Streetscape Improvements. Works include the reconstruction of road infrastructure and the installation of a stormwater pit and pipe system.
A Pre-Tender meeting will be held at Council on Wednesday 15 April at 9.00am. Proceedings of the meeting will be circulated only to those who attend or register for this tender.
The works to be undertaken in this contract are described in the Tender Document which can be downloaded at no charge after completing the online registration form. Hard copies are available from Council’s Customer Service Area for $150.00.
All interested tenderers must register their phone, fax and email details with the tender number for the relevant job to records@woollahra.nsw.gov.au prior to the pre-tender meeting.
Tenders must be placed in a sealed envelope with the project name and tender number clearly marked and lodged by 2.30 pm, Thursday 23 April 2015 in the Tender Box at the Customer Service Area of the Council, 536 New South Head Road, Double Bay between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Costs incurred in preparing tenders will not be reimbursed. Tenders will be evaluated on the selection criteria detailed in the tender documentation. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. All enquiries regarding the tenders should be directed to Council’s Project Manager, Mr Peter Cassilles on 0417 269 436.
