Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified Builders for the construction of a Community Pavilion within the Bridge Road Recreation Reserve. This project will complement existing athletics and hockey facilities, providing changing facilities for sports groups, social space, kitchen and amenities. This project will be issued for direct tender over in May 2015. The construction of this project is expected to occur between July 2015 and January 2016.

All specific enquiries relating to this Expression of Interest must be directed through Council’s e-tendering portal.

All Expression of Interest submissions must be electronically submitted through the e-tendering portal, no later than 5.00 pm on Friday 10th April 2015.

No late submissions will be considered and no responsibility will be taken for submissions received electronically.
