Cleaning Services for Northern Metro Based Facilities - Group 4

⁠⁠⁠WA Police is seeking provision of cleaning services at the following sites:

* 110 Yanchep Beach Road, Yanchep (Yanchep Police Station);
* 14 Ocean Keys Boulevard, Clarkson (Clarkson Police Station);
* 9 Reid Promenade, Joondalup (North West Metro Police Complex);
* Level 1, 5 Davidson Terrace, Joondalup (North West District Office);
* 114 Flinders Avenue, Hillarys (Hillarys Police Station);
* 37 Eddington Road, Warwick (Warwick Police Station); and
* 1 Friars Drive, Sinagra (Wanneroo Police Station).

Please note the following: Respondents are required to submit offers for ALL sites. WA Police will appoint ONE Contractor for all sites.
