Provision of Medical Personnel (Paramedics & Registered Nurses)

⁠⁠⁠Sydney Trains is seeking responses to this RFT from suppliers who have a demonstrative ability to meet its requirements for the supply of the Services at such times and in such quantities as Sydney Trains may require.

In general terms, the successful provider will be required to supply suitably qualified medical personnel across a number of metropolitan train stations operated by Sydney Trains to attend to sick or injured customers; to assist and transfer sick or injured customers from trains; and to assist sick or injured customers at stations.

This initiative is designed to:

(a) expedite the assistance afforded to Customers who fall sick or are injured on trains or stations to both assist Customers and help maintain timetable integrity; and

(b) improve paramedic response times to key locations on the network that have been identified through intelligence based positioning when the provision of medical assistance to Customers is required.
