Tender Description
Due to damage suffered during 2014 natural disaster events, Douglas Shire Council requires restoration works to be undertaken to rehabilitate/reconstruct essential infrastructure, mainly roads, south of the Daintree River in accordance with NDRRA requirements.
Council requires restoration works to occur on 50 roads generally consisting of bulk excavation, filling & debris clearing, concrete pipe culvert restoration, unsealed and sealed pavement restoration, inclusive of bitumen seals and asphalt surfacings, cement stabilisation, asphalt milling and road guidance systems replacement.
