The Contract requirements are to construct an animal shelter as per the following:
a) Appendix A Construction drawings.
b) Appendix B Hydraulic Services.
c) Appendix C Specification.
d) This Tender document RFT1415 00011.
A full statement of the goods/services required under the proposed contract appears in the Specification.
This project is derived from the development of a Regional Animal Management Facility that will cater for the current and future needs of the region. It is intended that the facility will accommodate impounded and surrendered domestic animals at the highest possible standard and increase the potential for these animals to be re-homed within the community. It will be a regional facility utilised by all of the local governments from the Bunbury Wellington group of Councils. As the facility is located within the City of Bunbury, Bunbury are responsible for overseeing the establishment of the facility.
**The tender document has been issued in word to enable Respondents to fill in the document. Any alterations to any part of the document including the price schedule may result in rejection of the tender by the Principal.
