Tender Description
The Department of Education, Training and Employment (DETE) is calling for submissions for the construction of a New Health Trade Skills Centre comprising rooms associsted with the delivery of health and health administration based services located at Innisfail State College, Flying Fish Point Road, Innisfail Qld 4860.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2 with an open builders licence (AATO Category 4).
Tender documentation is available for collection from Lambert & Rehbein. Please email your interest in this project along with your company PQC Certificate to Joshua Ruiz and the tender documents will be posted to eligible contractors from Tuesday 10 March 2015. Submissions close on Tuesday 31 March 2015 at 2:00pm at The Queensland Government Tender Box, c/o Decipha Pty Ltd, 2 Duncan Street, West End QLD 4101.
IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.

Site inspections may be arranged through the Project Manager. No inspections are permitted without prior permission.
