Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified persons to provide project management services for the redevelopment of Hocart Lodge Aged Care facility in Harvey, Western Australia.
Persons applying will be required to be approved by the Australian Government Department of Social Services and will be proficient in understanding and applying the Building Code of Australia 2013 and all related statutory regulations as well as OHS Accreditation. Experience in the design and construction of aged care facilities is desirable.
Hocart Lodge Aged Care Inc, is a not-for-profit community based aged care facility which is preparing to undertake a major redevelopment of its facility in Harvey.
The Project Director will assist Hocart Lodge to undertake the efficient and effective coordination of the project, including planning, tendering, contract administration and financial management of the project.
