Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders for the minor refurbishment of Shop 46-48 at the Bell Street Mall in Heidelberg West, which will generally include:
* Minor external works to shop front and a new side entry from Oxford Arcade.
* Minor fit out to ground floor (approx. 468M2) and first floor (approx. 433M2) generally comprising some new floor finishes, ceilings, internal walls, new mechanical, electrical services, minor upgrade to existing toilets, new DDA toilets and painting throughout.
Tenders close at 3:00pm, 31 March 2015.
