LikeMind is a trial of a new an integrated service model for community based care and support for adults with mental health needs. To further test the LikeMind model, this RFT will establish a third and fourth trial sites. The service will facilitate a holistic approach to care and treatment, including a focus on the management of both mental health and physical health care needs, as well as enhance capacity for “recovery” and effective participation in society and the economy.
The service model aims to provide a range of government and non-government services, with a person centred approach, across the areas of primary care, drug and alcohol and mental health care services, and social and vocational support services in a single co-located community facility.
Responses are invited from non-government organisations wishing to tender for one of two proposed lead agency contracts to provide corporate management of a pilot site.
