Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a tender for the above Services, encompassing the construction as per the following requirements:

a. Site establishment.
b. Pier and Beam foundations.
c. General requirements.

Note that the attached RFT drawings are indicative and that it is up to the Tenderers to confirm the specifications on site or via SMCT 's contact person.

If you are interested in providing a response for these works, please ensure that you complete and provide the requested information and documentation. Responses must be received by no later than 3.00pm, Tuesday 10 March.

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required for successful delivery of this RFT, it is strongly recommended that all Tenderers attend a half hour site briefing at Springvale Botanical Cemetery at 8.30 am Thursday 26 February 2015. Meeting at Reception, Administration Building. Site Visit Contact will be: Alvin Castro on 0417-938-898.

All questions must be submitted by 3.00 pm Monday 2 March 2015, and will be responded to no later than 3.00 pm Tuesday 3 March 2015.
