Tender Description
Critical measures of this Activity will be the achievement of the following objectives:
(a) Purchasing the Energy needs from a reliable and financially viable Supplier, thus ensuring the current and future needs are met;
(b) Containing the cost of the Commodity, and ensuring that the rate per unit is always more favourable to those available in the Western Australian Market;
(c) Effective management of financial and operational risks;
(d) Introducing improved Environmental Stewardship measures throughout the term of the Agreement; and
(e) Compliance with all applicable laws, standard, codes and policies.
