Provision of Cleaning Services at Nominated VenuesWest Venues

⁠⁠⁠This Request specifies the requirements of VenuesWest for the provision of regular cleaning services at the following locations:

* Champion Lakes Regatta Centre, Lakes Drive, CHAMPION LAKES WA
* HBF Stadium, Stephenson Avenue, MT CLAREMONT WA
* HBF Arena, Kennedya Drive, JOONDALUP WA
* SpeedDome, Eddie Barron Drive, MIDVALE WA
* WA Athletics Stadium, Stephenson Avenue, MT CLAREMONT WA
* WA Basketball Centre, Stephenson Avenue, MT CLAREMONT WA
* State Netball Centre, Selby Street, FLOREAT WA

The proposed contract is for an initial period of two (2) years with three (3) x one (1) year extension options exercisable at the absolute discretion of VenuesWest.

Other venues may come into VenuesWest's portfolio in the future and may be added to the resultant contract.

VenuesWest reserves the right to award the resultant Contract in any of the following ways:

* one successful Respondent for all the locations listed in this Request; or
* one successful Respondent for each individual location, as list in this Request.
