The Collection and Disposal of Marine Pyrotechnics (Expired Flares) From Nominated Sites in New South Wales

⁠⁠⁠Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for disposal of expired marine pyrotechnics (expired flares).

A two-stage process will be used as the procurement method for the disposal of expired marine pyrotechnics (expired flares). This request is for the first stage and seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced organisations that can demonstrate an understanding of the proposed work and offer viable solutions.

After the evaluation of the EOI submissions, selected organisations will be invited to submit a tender for the disposal of expired marine pyrotechnics (expired flares).

Organisations seeking to submit an EOI must:

* Submit company details;
* Submit relevant WorkCover license details in relation to;
  Transport and temporary storage of expired marine pyrotechnics (expired flares);
  Capability to deliver comprehensive Chain of Custody reporting;
* Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of disposal of expired marine pyrotechnics (expired flares);
* Submit details of previous projects of similar technical nature;
* Demonstrate capability in delivery of project of similar value; and
* Demonstrate capability to perform the proposed services throughout New South Wales.
