Tender Description
The contract is for an outbound Call Centre to deliver a conversational approach to customer acquisition and support activities with an external call centre: recruit new users from existing Ergon Energy business clients, provide timely and professional support for all customer questions on EnergyCheck (or EnergyManager), update customer contact information, energy usage, and communication within a provided cloud tool (UPM), and forward all other Ergon Energy queries in a timely manner to the internal Business call centre.
