The scope of the Works includes the provision of landscaping and ground maintenance services at Powerlink Queensland’s Virginia complex including but not limited to:

* Maintenance of all internal and external gardens
* Provision of all maintenance equipment, materials and plant
* Maintenance of all installed equipment such as sprinkler systems
* Maintenance of water features

A compulsory site inspection will be carried out on 16 February 2015 commencing at 9am. Other inspections may be arranged, at the discretion of Powerlink Queensland for Tenderers unable to attend this meeting. Prospective tenderers shall contact Paddy Johnston on telephone 0438 157 825 prior to 16 February 2015, to confirm their attendance. Failure by a Tenderer to attend a site inspection will render their tender non-conforming.
