Tender Description
The Yarra Ranges Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties to supply minor works, services and products across the Categories listed in Schedule 2.
Licensed trade for aquatic centers, parks & reserves, sports grounds and general requirements (including plumbing & electrical services)
Asphalt Supply
Supply of Quarry Products
Cracksealing Services
Supply of Pit Lids and Frames
Bridge Works
Safety Barriers
Trail Surface Maintenance
Mowing
Turf Services
Sports Ground Drainage and Irrigation
Supply & Planting of Advanced Trees
Specialist Tree Works (including Tree Removal, Pruning, Stump Grinding, Arboricultural Reports and Disease Control)
Pest Control Services
Bin Hire, Service and Disposal
The Services undertaken will generally be valued at less than $150,000 per individual project. The Tenderer is required to read the Tender Documents carefully and seek confirmation on any issues it may be unsure of or need further clarification on. In this regard the Tenderer is to contact the Council's nominated officer listed on the front of these Tender Documents.
Where more than one Tenderer is selected in any Category, the Tenderers will be allocated work on a basis of best value to Council.
Tender submissions must be received by the date and time stated in this tender document or as otherwise changed by addenda. Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time. Such agreement will be restricted to significant circumstances outside of the Tenderers control that is likely to impact more than one Tenderer.
The Tender closes at 3.00pm 4 March 2015.
