Request for Quotation Events Management System

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council hereby invites quotations to provide and support an Events & Venue Management System for use by Cairns Regional Council's staff and customers who are managing council run events and bookable venues owned or regulated by Council. Suppliers should note that Council is seeking a fully developed and established software product solution.

Quotation responses are to be in a sealed envelope and endorsed "Contract Ref No 2508 - Provide and support an Events & Venues Management system" and shall be addressed to James Wood, Senior Project Manager, Information Services and a hard copy lodged, posted or delivered by a recognised courier having a direct delivery service to the Council Chambers, 119-145 Spence Street, Cairns, so as to be received in the Tender Box before the closing time of 4.30pm on Tuesday 17 March 2015.

Please also provide an electronic version of the Part 3 Response Form via quotation@cairns.qld.gov.au before the closing time of 4.30pm on Tuesday 17 March 2015.

Quotations will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any Quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
